Thank you for your interest in our Cream Puffs. Below are the frequently asked questions about our Cream Puffs.

1. Are these cream puffs mini-sized?

Our Cream Puffs come in 2 sizes. We sell Standard (normal size) cream puffs as well as Petite (mini or bite size) Cream Puffs

2. How many cream puffs are included in the box?

We have box of 6, box of 9 and box of 12 depending on your selection

3. Can we choose our Box of 6, Box of 9 and Box of 12 Cream Puffs?

Yes you can choose to customize your Cream Puffs for Standard Size (normal size). For Petite Size (bite size) you cannot choose your Cream Puffs

4. Are your Cream Puffs Halal ?

Our Cream Puffs are not Halal Certified. But the ingredients we use to make our Cream Puffs are  Halal  ie. no pork or non Halal ingredients

5. How do I order for Same Day Delivery

When you order before 10 am we deliver to your home on the same day that you place your order. When you order after 10 am we will deliver to your home tomorrow or any date that you specify you want your order delivered. Regardless of delivery today or delivery tomorrow we guarantee 100% bake fresh because we bake fresh from our Outlet and deliver them to your home on the Same Day that we bake our Cream Puffs

6. Do you deliver your Cream Puffs  outside Singapore 

No. Our Cream Puffs delivery is only within Singapore. We do not cater for delivery outside Singapore

7. Our delivery schedule  

• Delivery Dates : From Monday to Sunday inclusive of Public Holiday

• Delivery Times : From 2 pm to 7 pm

• Provide Special Delivery Request : Yes. No extra charges

• Location Within Singapore : North Zone, South Zone, East Zone, West Zone and Central Zone

8. What brand are these cream puffs?

The brand of these cream puffs are Chewy Junior

9. Does this product come with a warranty?

We provide Same Day Delivery from our Outlet to your Home. We guarantee our Cream Puffs are 100% fresh. After purchase and delivery to your Home you can keep them refrigerated for 3 days

10. How to preserve your Cream Puff

• Keep puff immediately in the fridge (3 to 6 degree c)
• Cover and keep in the fridge for 3 days (Today, Tomorrow and Day after Tomorrow)
• When taken out of fridge, leave puff in room temperature for half an hour before consuming

11. Are these cream puffs dangerous goods?

We use only quality ingredients to make our Cream Puffs. They are made with Love, Pride and attention to details. We do not use any artificial coloring nor chemicals to make our Cream Puffs

12. Do you provide extra discount ? 

Yes we do provide extra discount

• 1. When you sign up for our Newsletter as a first tine member you get a discount voucher in your email. You can use this voucher when you purchase Online. (P.S – This voucher cannot be used when you purchase Offline at our Outlet 
• 2. As our Newsletter subscriber during special season like Christmas, CNY and Hari Raya we send discount voucher to your email inbox (Remember to white list us or check your spam mailbox). You can claim the discount in Lazada Chat with the seller.  (P.S – This voucher cannot be used when you purchase Offline at our Outlet 
• 3. Buy more save more, We offer more discount when you buy more than 1 box

13. Do you provide extra service other than discount voucher ?

Yes. We provide free service when you order for a loved one or friend’s Birthday or Seasonal Occasion for example Christmas etc… we can help you write a Birthday or Seasonal Greeting message on your behalf. Please chat  with seller on  Lazada chat for more detail information
